The disguise system being pretty much useless killed it for me. Everything else was fun and it played well but they basically killed one of the main mechanics of Hitman in Absolution.

Neither does my 970. I’ve had no issues with hairworks. I’m wondering what the difference is between mine and other 970s.

I keep seeing people with 970s saying hairworks kills their performance. I manage a steady 60fps at 1080 with my Asus Strix 4gb. With pretty much everything on ultra. No motion blur and only fxaa. I find heavy aa kills performance more.

I think it’s overstated to show the difference too much to make it look like more of an improvement. It’d be nice if they offered variable settings better than on/off.

A ps4/x1 might be a better option in your case. The new consoles can manage more than the settings your playing on. Rather than upgrading in the future a console might suit you better.

New EA games aren’t sold on Steam...so that will never happen. GTAV surprised me but then R* went and made their own launcher anyway. Witcher 3 not activating on Steam means the key came directly from GOG/CDPR. Steam was never part of the transaction.
