Japanese developers have learned that A) porting to PC is easy/cheap these days B) Using Steam as their marketplace makes distribution a non-issue and curbs piracy C) the western market is there and is more than profitable (Valkyria Chronicles ftw)

I have two frames of thought with Fromsoft games that generally made it easy to wait for Bloodborne.

Very few are actually being held as exclusives...and I can wait until consoles are much cheaper with better libraries before jumping in. All the games I really wanted to play made it to PC. If they hadn’t I might have considered a console. As of right now the only console I actually want is a Wii U. (And a bigger 3DS.)

I’m sorry but man am I glad I didn’t shell out for a console this gen, at least thus far. With more and more games coming to PC I haven’t had to do anything but upgrade my graphics card since 2010.

They do have beefier arms than Miquote females...but everything else is too Japanese in design. I think there should have been more variation to the customization. My Fiancee was able to make a decent Au Ra Female but I can’t for the life of me (For future Retainer).

To be fair the Tales games haven’t exactly been pushing last gen consoles to their limits. (or much at all) so any game released on the current gen might actually make use of the last gen systems hardware. We know it isn’t going to max out the current gen at all, so the more sales the better.

Vesperia has been my all time favorite so it gets my vote for jumping in.
