Actually IIRC, it ruins the whole batch. You *could* compost it since newspapers now use soy based ink.

At last! A use for the New York Times that doesn't involve parakeets!
I own one of these for all my knives. What's awesome is that I can basically put whatever knife I want in there and not have to worry about it.
The English would get into the act as well.
As a fellow IT guy I've been known to eat my brown bagged lunch in the Target parking lot just to get away from people wanting to bug me over little things during lunch.
Hear hear! On top of that, if you're hourly like I am you're essentially giving the company free labor.
The problem I have with organic is I know plenty of farmers who are raising their crops in traditional (organic, if you will) practices (e.g. they still use manure as their primary fertilizer.) The problem is that to get stamped as organic is highly expensive and unless you're a large corporate farm, there's really no…
They are your groceries so do what makes you happy. I buy my eggs at a local gas station / convenience store chair here in Upstate NY called Stewart's. Their eggs come from Schuylerville, NY which is about an hour or so drive for me. I consider them local enough.

In which case there are already telephones. I've been called in (on overtime, of course) before for an emergency when a UPS failed and a bunch of our servers went down at once. That's a real reason to call me. They know not to call me unless OT is there.
If you know what you're doing, a straight razor is even better (and more manly to boot!)
Hydrox cookies. (I wish) :P
I grew up in a large family of modest means. We had to make every dollar stretch so I learned early on how to grocery shop. My wife on the other hand grew up in a solidly middle class family and thus never learned how to save before I taught her. Here are some tips I learned:
LOL, you beat me to it. That show was really crazy.
It's Patriot's Day in Massachusetts as well so the MA tax office is closed as well.
Here's the thing with music: The vast majority of new pop music is garbage. It's been that way for more than a decade. I understand this is an opinion of course but one that I feel plays a big part in why I buy almost no music. When an artist does come that I like along I do try to buy their album (I think the most…
