Psh, Barney Google was sporting this look back before their grandfathers were born.
Make sure your expectations are realistic. Sure some people graduate with Women's Studies, history, literature, or art degrees and go on to teach Women's Studies, history, literature, or art and have a nice tenured profession with a decent salary but they are probably one of a thousand. The rest essentially are $30k…
Pre-school for me was called home with my mom and younger siblings.
I ended up picking it up last night. I figure I may end up getting the PC version because I'm like that and despite already had two of the tables in earlier PHOF versions. So far so good but the Ripley table seems to crap out on me after a game is over and I have to exit to the menu and then start again. Odd but I'm…
3 year olds going to school? Holy cow they start young over there! I wasn't allowed to start school in Massachusetts until I was 5 (turning 6 a month later) despite already knowing how to read. :-/
You clearly have never been to New England in the winter. It's also obvious that you don't have kids.
As a kid I had no video games at home so I would invent my own on paper. I do remember trying to make a pinball machine out of cardboard once and it sort of worked but since it couldn't keep score it wasn't really a game so much as knocking a ping pong ball around with cardboard.
This! I can't wait for TPA! I'm not sure if I should wait for the PC version or get the PS3 one. They both look pretty awesome.
I love how Obama and Dick Durbin infamously and quite hypocritically attacked Bank of America for charging a $5 fee for debit card use when the government capped the fee banks could charge merchants for debit card use. Now, who added this amendment? Oh right, Dick Durbin. Oh and who signed the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010…
I don't find the Girl Scouts worth supporting, even if their cookies weren't crap filled with palm oil, trans fat and HFCS. So that argument won't work on me.
Was it the Northway Mall or the one in Crossgates. I know Northway has been Gamestop for a while but then, I almost never go that way.
They were these all butter Scottish shortbread cookies from Marks & Spencer. Very similar to Danish butter cookies (another favorite of mine) but the texture was softer and there was no sugar on the top.
I never got the love of Oreos. To me they are too sweet and the filling that everyone adores is nothing but Crisco and sugar. Hydrox are discontinued so we can't do a taste test but when they came back for a limited time I got my fix. :D
I know of only one Babbages branded store left and that's in the Wilton Mall just outside of Saratoga Springs, NY.
That's not even supposed to BE here!
I've only played the first one on the PS1. Are the second and third ones worth playing?
Yeah, I seem to get hit up constantly by coworkers, in-laws etc. to buy the overpriced things. I've never seen a kid actually selling cookies except when they harass me when I walk into Walmart or something.
Ooh, I'll have to try those!
No, they are sweeter. There's closer to a shortbread cookie.
