The scene with Cassian’s introduction with the spy

It’s a spy cliche, but it told me a lot about Cassian very quickly. I’m glad this was added.

As much as I love Robin Williams, he would have made a terrible Hagrid. Hagrid isn’t supposed to be center-stage, it’s a secondary character. Robin would have swallowed the scene as a hairy neutron star. It would have been delightful, but out of character.

I always figured it was more along the lines of why rich dudes used to buy sports teams. More “Look at this awesome thing I have that you want” than “Oh man, isn’t this awesome”.

Huh? I was just pointing out a small editing error that can be corrected. Jeebus dude, get a grip.

Anime is weird to me. I don’t get why people love or hate it, except for that camp that just hates animation in general. There’s good anime, there’s bad anime. I like some shows. I dislike others. I don’t care if it’s “anime” or not. I care if it’s an entertaining chunk of programming.

I am fine with Sexy Slave Diego being in a Star Wars standalone, replacing Sexy Slave Leia in pop conscious.

What? You never had a curious fantasy about that smooth, slippery skin, coiling around you? Rubbing up and down your leg? That gigantic tongue...

Keep it up Disney! *thumbs up*

I had an inkling everyone would die, but if there was going to be a survivor, I thought it would be the easily startled freighter pilot with no combat experience, sort of like Upham in Saving Private Ryan. But then he had to go and be a big damn hero...

Disney had more guts then most people gave them credit for! Keep it up Disney! *thumbs up*

Great, thanks for answering!

If I’m correct, you admit to reading only three paragraphs of this and then, in response, write two. I will never understand

“Miguel, who feels a deep connection to music despite his family banning it because of a complicated past.”

I’m having big trouble with your theory.

This Halloween I dressed up as TMFAP.
I’m 6'8" FYI.

taft’s shaft is not often historically discussed, from what i can tell.

All of the examples in Matt’s write-up, TV, refrigerators, are too old. If you look at smartphones or the internet as a modern comp, they were spread to an even larger # of Americans in a comparable or shorter amount of time. That’s (hopefully) the point friedman was trying to make. Everything happens faster now.

He was great in The History Boys too.

Because that is what we do now. We can’t let people do anything good in this world without sifting through their past to find a reason to vilify them.

Man I went into reading this thinking I knew exactly how it was going to go and I was wrong. The questions were good questions that got good answers. I don’t 100% support Cooks agenda but I understand and respect it. She doesn’t mind that fan service exists and doesn’t want it banned or to shun people who like it, she
