Yep. They always have that doll-like quality to them. They really need to outsource their character animations to a more competent producer. And the dog looks rather disappointingly smooth considering that hair engines have gone a long way since Skyrim.

The poor animations always stuck out in 3 and New Vegas as exceptionally bad, in my mind anyway. Agreed on the character models. Incredibly dated in terms of textures and poly count, even by last-gen standards.

Agreed. Not impressed by the dog graphics. The lighting and overal design of the world itself look stunning though. I really like how it’s a little bit more colourfull then Fallout 3 was.

First of all - I couldn’t help but notice that the pre-explosion sequences seemed to be recorded with in-game footage. Will we get to control a character during a flash back sequence of sorts to experience that first hand?

I’m never too impressed with Bethesda’s character models and this is no exception, the rest looks awesome though.

Nah, I think they’ll continue with those movies but just be more self aware.

Hell yeah, it’s worth it. Especially if you can get a used GOTY copy. Most places I’ve seen it have it for around or under $20. This is one of those games I wish I could play again for the first time.

I haven’t played any of the Fallout games, but thinking of picking up a used copy of Fallout 3. Is it worth it?

It’s a Bethesda game. Glitches are expected.
