Yet another reason I can separate the one-two punch of finally jumping on the HDTV bandwagon and purchasing a $400 console by a few months, at least.

I'm excited. It looks like a solid entry, and the actors are doing great jobs, so far, in my opinion. I'll be there at midnight, just as with past entries. That 66 Batman skin made my jaw hit the floor with anticipation. It will be mine!

I hope this becomes a trend; making classic franchises into awesome games, I mean (providing that this one is as awesome as it looks). If so, WB needs to get on bringing that Dirty Harry game back from the dead. I have no doubt in my mind that Inspector Callahan would look great on Next Gen.

I must say that I'm extremely excited for this. The Playstation 2 was the first system that I ever owned as a kid, and R&C was the first game my parents bought me that same night. Suffice it to say, it started a lifelong love of and addiction to the quirky Lombax/robot duo.

Honestly, they weren't that bad if you've got a good handle on the freeflow system. I've always found the predator stuff to be a bit more challenging, though. Maybe that's what Rocksteady has been working on. Regardless of this game, the entirety of Gotham is the next logical step after Arkham City. If this game is double the size of Arkham City, a full-fledged city wouldn't be too difficult to imagine on next-gen consoles.
