I don’t think anyone is laying sexual violence and contempt for women at the feet of porn - those issues have advanced with the global patriarchy. I think researchers are saying that porn isn’t helping those problems, and is, in fact hurting people and the public health. I think the research is on to something.

Genetics?
That was such fun!
Tangent: In our local paper earlier this week, there was a photo of a couple who followed a distressed dog in a dog park to find its owner unconscious in the woods. The couple was walking their dog when the distressed dog burst from the woods.
Yeah. That happens a lot in corporate culture. You’re not permitted to say goodbye because I don’t know. I’ll never understand it.
What. the actual. Hell.
You have my blessing. Go forth and get you some Franco.
This has been the chief liability as obituary desks have been cut at newspapers. As they become paid content, with the space bought by funeral homes or families, obituaries aren’t edited for accuracy. Now news obits are a different story. But, yes, when families are paying for obituary space, they can literally afford…
What a wonderful read! I’ll make sure to see this documentary.
