Heavy Rain is just an endless spring of comedy, isn’t it? (Except for anything relating to the female playable character, in which case it is an endless spring of gross leering.) A brief glimpse of the guy’s crazy sneer when he falls down made me wonder if that might be from one of those videos where people tweaked

What Have You Finished This Week?

Yeah, two is plenty (the cans I get are more like 19-20 ounces)! As a matter of fact that is my current replacement for the 6-pack of various IPAs that I was drinking on the days I drink beer. It’s an overall reduction (which I really need to do) but still definitely gets the job done.

I generally prefer to stay out of this kind of nonsense but this is not the first time I’ve heard this about that poster. Thanks.

Heh, you got me there, I mean I end up paying them something every month through game purchases but you’re right that it’s not a monthly subscription.

Thanks, really helpful!

Pockets on women’s clothing will never not be confusing. (pours out a pocketful of Arrogant Bastard IPA)

Thanks. In your opinion what is the best single comic (run) and best animated show on there? Then I’ll stop— I really appreciate your feedback :)

Can’t read any of the text in the top one, alas. The bottom drawing with the shifty-looking girl with Swamp Thing lurking behind her is some fine work, though.

the story stars Crystal Reed as CDC doctor Abby Arcane (maintaining the corny names of the original comic is symbolic of the show’s willingness to acknowledge some of its campier elements)

Haha! “R. Kelly might show up and want the Olsen twins!” It is to laugh!

Yeah, that’s the word, as silly as it is :)  True, there seems to be a weird trend around this concept and not everyone is really doing it well. I feel like this game has enough style going on that I will be happy to just play it for its own sake and not worry too much about what genre(s) it does or doesn’t decide to

I happen to like rogue-likes but I understand. It seems like the term has expanded to include a rather wide range of meanings so maybe this particular game won’t be too much like a rogue for you to enjoy it.

I’ve heard lots of good things about it, it’s on my shortlist of PS4 games once I get back into buying new games again (but only after Horizon Zero Dawn).

A big part of my skepticism is that I couldn’t figure out the gym/fighting stuff (I am terrible with mobile games that require timing of any sort, touch screens are my enemy) and honestly wasn’t motivated enough to get good. My kids had fun with it for a few weeks hunting Pokémon anywhere and everywhere, but there was

Cool to hear about D&D, I am finally forcing myself to read through the adventure that came with my son’s “Starter Set” that he got on his 10th birthday 2 months ago, so that I can DM it for him and some friends over the summer. seems fun, still a bit daunting, but they do emphasize (as have people here when I brought

I am really tempted by Void Bastards too, but damn it I am sticking to my backlog for now! (It’s wishlisted though-- looks like such crazy comic-book goodness!)

Hmm, I have started hearing more about this and you might have convinced me to take a look on the Switch this weekend. I liked Undertale and appreciated what it was doing but didn’t looooove it the way lots of people do (see Ashly Burch’s video below on “Undertale for President”). But hey, Deltarune (or this part of

Backing away... trying to avoid spoilers... (I only just played Half-Life 2 for the first time last summer and I haven’t gone back for the Episodes yet.) Yes, I realize that this is ridiculous.

Thanks for confirming that Yakuza 0 can indeed be beaten! I am 30 hours in and barely a third of the way through the story. I am not sure I will be able to see the real estate and Sunshine Club games all the way through (although the Sunshine Club seems a bit more fun)— those are optional in terms of finishing the
