is it even a minivan if the doors don’t open and close themselves?
for some unthinkable reason cruise control is not standard on the chevy trailblazer. you get auto lane centering. auto braking. wireless apple car play. power doors, power locks. no cruise control.
was not expecting the 400k price tag but damn that is big. I have no idea on the pricing of yachts/ commercial vessels like this. But this is a really cool ship! hope it gets bought by some sort of government municipality that will keep it in good shape for a long time.
I wonder how many people are standing on the roof of the tonneau cover because you “can.”
very weird that the lower trim levels only have the torsion beam rear suspension while the higher trim levels have the multilink. I understand the torsion beam is cheaper but by HOW much? $100 ? $800??? But i guess Toyota now does the same thing but at least only the BASE le trim has the torsion beam now and every…
I mean yeah it would. People track chargers all the time.
what kind of compensation do you get if you are stuck in space for EIGHT MONTHS.... ?? 8 million dollars? 80 million dollars??
600 pounds is kinda impressive actually ....
Get a RT charger with a Hemi. after driving a cruze you don’t need a scalpel you need a sledgehammer. Also kiddos only get bigger and you will appreciate the extra space. Also detroit michigan you will want the slightly higher ride height and more refined suspension compared to the compact cars others are suggesting.
well yeah when people will give you more money for your used car than you paid new after you drove it for three years and you can get a new hyundai for less money why not?
I don’t hate it. Now that you mention it i’m surprised we don’t have electric convertibles already..
if you invested this 82 grand even with a 4% return you would be at 180k in 20 years. cars have to be truly special to be over the 200k mark and right now i wouldn’t say this will ever qualify but there is no way to know this ahead of time.
if you invested this money in 2008 you would be substantially better off than double your money. I’m sure SOME sucker will pay 80k for this but i don’t see it’s value increasing much unless you wait 20 years to sell it.
this is america
if you have to use the accelerator to avoid a collision you are in such a small statistic of scenarios it would be impossible to prove “but if my car was faster this would have been avoided!” It would not be Kia’s fault it would be whoever T boned you. Or you pulled out in traffic without looking, or you made a…
Had a coworker that would drive 60+ miles to work one way in one every day mostly interstate. It was a manual, not sure if i’m more impressed with the car or that guy’s tenacity.
this is super rad!
That was an interesting insight to the “behind the scenes.” I guess it just reminds me that everyone driving an EV right now are really just beta testers to a new technology in cars. I am very jaded highly doubt ford spent that much time/effort into the development of the “more power” update. But i will concede that…
I hate the comparison of comparing getting the full power out of your EV to getting a “tune” on your gas car. For an ICE engine engineering has to balence multiple aspects of an engine, economy, NVH, driveability, reliability, and power. It’s a balancing act.
