investors pushed so hard for EVs to hit the market and it takes OVER 60 times the battery capacity to make one EV versus one hybrid car. It is nearly impossible to sell both EVs and hybrids. A lot of people move, many don’t i’m not on the up and up on the percentages/ratios. But spending 10k on electrical upgrades you are still not likely going to recoup all of that cost. And if you was planning on moving out why even bother??

yeah i don’t get paying the markup for the hybrid you would never break even with the gas savings over the gas model even at 160k miles! Plus your slower and no all wheel drive and only 2k tow rating!! 

you can pay msrp on the gas engine. it’s only hybrids that are marked up.
