If they bought it new in 2009 they got their money’s worth and i would understand wanting to move on. also past the 100k mile range you are looking at spending money on maintenence shocks/struts, tires, brakes, ignition, fluids, waterpump/timing belt and some people would rather put all that money on a down payment

Audi s3 your wife has something she likes and is familiar with why change it?

What generation veloster did you have? The second gen got rid of the torsion beam rear suspension for a multilink so ride comfort and handling is way better.

the v90s were a special case because they all had to be special ordered with a 6-12 month lead time..  Yeah the sales were low but even volvo had no expectation for sales in the first place.

The skullcandy Crushers of EVs. For those that don’t.  know skullcandy makes headphones and they have a model called “crushers” that have haptic feedback vibration motors in the ear cups to shake the headphones so you can “feel” the bass. Its their most popular headphone so as silly as it sounds there are people who

I think autonomous race cars would be good to help drivers improve. if the computer is faster than you on a particular track or a particular corner you could mimic the line it takes. Also assuming a computer is faster it would be neat to know how far off the pace the race driver will be.

In the video example for the tesla model 3 they had 6/32 from the factory compared to 12/32 from the same exact tire that was the non OEM model.

Infiniti Q45. 280 horsepower and 300ft/lb of torque was HUGE in the early 90s. It is surprisingly light on it’s feet for such a large car. It’s brakes were massive and it had active suspension that even mercedes did not have until TEN years after this car debuted!

at least this is a moderately special car in it’s own right not just a popular car.

I love the new prius but at it’s current pricing there are so many objectively better cars in every metric other than gas mileage. It would be hard for me to pull the trigger on a prius knowing i could have got an acura integra or maybe a GR Corolla for the same price! i know that most prius owners are not cross

i wonder what he tread depth is on the underside of the tire is after it is compressed by all the weight ...

i think 10/32 is a good minimum. most trucks are 14-16 or more! Technically your tire is worn out when it gets to 2/32 or less. OEM’s releasing a passenger car with only 6/32 of tread depth is insane! they are only shaving the tires because everyone else is doing it to max out their efficiency numbers somebody has to

The biggest eye opener was the reduced tread depth. That is borderline criminal false advertising! “Look how efficient our vehicle is on bald tires!” Bullshit! The oems are requesting the tire manufacturer shave off half the tread just to increase efficiency. I believe we should have a minimum tread depth for all new

I demand a Lucid air unfortunately my checking account can’t afford it =(

havn’t driven either myself but the critics have said the Grand Highlander has a lot of body roll and is very wallowy and the lexus tx fixes that and the suspension is more controlled and refined overall.

this is probably the closest the toyota/lexus counterparts have been overall since the beginning of lexus?

Its the front of the engine but audi puts the engine on backwards.

well Buick has three models and Chrysler only has two. Buick has 50 percent more cars on sale so they are at least that much more relevant. /sarcasm

Maybe you can still have a car hobby but just drive hoopty’s thats what my friend does. Although something like an isf is probably close to the end of the depreciation curve so when you go to sell you are really only out whatever money it cost you to insure/maintain and drive the car.
