Loot Box $5.99 and you get a totally random horsepower increase for 24 hours with a 0.002 percent chance to get 74 ft-lbs of torque!

June 29, 2007 the first Iphone launches. July 2007, developers released the first jailbreaking tool for it.  We about to have Jailbroken Cadillacs in 2024!

you could live there and vote that would be a start...

I don’t blame them from having wants and desires for what they want/need in a mail truck but they would not budge on any of their usually arbitrary specifications. Basically all of the major automakers backed out after long talks with the postal service about how their specifications are crap and if they make a mail

who is going to already have this app installed “just in case??”

There is air conditioning and heat but the drivers cant control it themselves! Amazon sets the temperature at corporate.

The us postal service did not “chose” a vehicle they submited a document that was hundreds of pages long of specifications  their van had to have. Such as window rake and how high the driver sits from the floor…. There was so many specifications that automakers had no choice but to custom make a vehicle just for the

literally all of the things they are complaining about is maintenance items. Thermostat, brakes, tires, fluids. i’m not an audi expert but i’m assuming the $1500 80k mile service is going to be a timing belt and water pump plus maybe spark plugs. None of these things are sudden or unexpected costs.

why would you spend 2500 on new tires brakes and a thermostat if you weren’t planning on keeping the car. it’s a 2017 with 70,000 miles on it still plenty of life left. drive it for a year or two more and then dump it when you have more money for a down payment.

so wait you are against a “dystopian surveillance state” but your okay with apple/google snitching on you for driving somewhere with your phone and want it to shut your phone off??

sure but just because it’s a dealer doesn’t mean it’s not their personal car they can drive whatever with their dealer plates indefinitely.

I think the kitted out modded outbacks look cool ... a lifted/modded outback just ends up worse both on and off road as a stock Toyota 4runner.  I agree that you either take the outback as it is from the factory or just get something else.

what is the price of a cvt flush for a subaru?

the automakers are incentivized to make their cars NOT last forever.  as long as the transmission lasts well past the warranty period they can either sell you a new transmission or a sell you a new car they get paid either way.

there’s probably already “plans” for those cars .. or they are just going to drive them until the wheels fall off. But best of luck to you man!

it’s probably not “really” for sale. Probably spouse wants to sell it and the owner doesn’t. so the owner lists it for a ridiculous price and says “i guess nobody wants to buy it”

you get two doors ... and that’s it.

this would be great if they built more than 4 of them. People shit bricks over the rav4 prime and i’ve yet to even see a single one in the wild and people are on waitlists for 2 years for one ...

it’s easier to farm “views” when everyone’s “content” is 5 seconds long.  oh look this post has 3 million views .. yeah its a stream of about 120 pictures that is over in 5 seconds.

people cross boundaries for views all the time no doubt. But this is a public road? When is the last time you heard of a city/town being closed for visitors??
