the bypass to the ignition cylinder is so simple a kindergartener could do it. However hyundai equips these cars just about everywhere else than the USA with chip keys. Mexico and Canada hyundai/kia chip keys are mandatory per regulation/law. But in the US of A there is no explicit law mandating chip keys to this day.…

its the exact same size as the first gen acadia. GM shrunk the size for some reason on the second gen. 

yeah you don’t buy the short wheelbase yukon for more space than the acadia you buy it for towing/luxury/offroading and because you want a v8 .. or 22/24 inch wheels.

nah these are the “gas guzzlers” of EVs. I’m hoping one day soon Toyota comes out of nowhere with the all electric prius (Prius E^10 ? ) that is 100 percent built for efficiency. Imagine one day tesla is all smug about 400 miles of range and the next You have a cheaper ev that gets 800 miles of range.

Yeah the numbers don’t mean anything. The entire universe doesn’t mean anything. Labels are meaningless. What even “is” a high performance electric crossover anyway? Its all meaningless!  Its just fun to pole fun at a performance only brand that is slower than a hyundai/kia. 

hard agree. that is TWO generations of improvement.  Also if you get in a wreck insurance only pays you the 8,000 the truck is worth not the 10,000 you “invested” in a new/refurbished engine.

the real question is the pollution from the diesel generator less pollution than 98 luxury cars/SUVs? Also if the power grid can’t handle the load from all of those cars charging at once the power company will be forced to turn on THEIR diesel generators so having one on site seems like a way to benefit the tesla…

So is this laziness by the crew or do they not have supplies to deal with a mess like this? Is it someone else’s job to clean the cabins? (plane janitors?) seems like it would take 15 minutes to spot clean two seats with a decent upholstery cleaner and throw some towels down for the passengers to sit on done! 

this is actually a neat video clip. you can see there is a brief moment where the ram is FLOATING on top of the mud like a boat. The RV is preventing all forward progress and the ram sinks down into the earth and gets more traction and pulls through!
