i think a lot of the ev service problems are electrical. like the navigation, infotainment ect. stuff that normal cars have too but because it’s a tesla now you have to deal with tesla’s service which could take months to complete.   or because its the “electric” ford you have to go to an ev authorized ford dealer and

I love small cars but usually if there is a 2 door model and a 4 door model of the same car (3 series, Charger/ Challenger) there is very little benefit to the 2 door car from a performance/track time perspective. its like you are paying just to look cooler. I remember When the Infiniti g37 came out and under car and

Lambo doesnt need to try and make their cars anymore attractive. The cars are exclusive, they only produce a few hundred every year and this car is already sold out for the next several years and the production model even been released. There is already a waitlist.

Elon musk is not s real human being and I’m tired of everyone pretending he is.

what else would you buy for $15,000?

My mom always wanted a Jaguar and she always wanted a stick shift. So Jaguar F type it is.

Is this the dodge dart 2.0?

if i want to buy a new car i can choose autonation or two other dealerships. Those three mega conglomerates own all the dealerships in town. Direct sales would INCREASE competition surprisingly enough!

I understand that is frustrating, im sure there are lots of people who take good care of older cars but they are the exception unfortunately. Also you are talking about a specialty mechanic, he(or she) has a specialty and chose what they work on is in that umbrella. That is different than most mechanics shops.

Not touching cars older than 2000 is probably a good rule for most shops. If someone is driving something that old they probably cant afford to repair all the things wrong with it and are most likely to decline any of the work recommended/ required. Sure there are exceptions but its not worth the mechanics time

Ev cars are still single digit percentage of the karket. Tesla holds the vast majority of ev sales. Last year was the first year there was any significant competition from auth brands for ev vehicles.  If you crashed your tesla and want another ev you are going to buy another tesla because what else is there?

Its a work truck the name of the game is promising the moon but in the real world you will never see the numbers ford reports because you will always be carrying a load.

the fwd honda civic is $1700 more expensive than the impreza.

with the air conditioner on?

you make a habit of topping off fuel when you get to half tank during hurricane season and if there is activity in the gulf you top off every single night. This  should be standard practice for anyone who lives near the coast. Not everyone does this but it’s the bare minimum you can do.

I would pay extra to Not have a sunroof. I live in the south and get too much sun as it is.  They all will eventually start leaking and it also reduces headroom. I’m just not a sunroof person.  But many cars are coming standard with sunroof now or if you get anything but the base trim it includes a sunroof or

What do you think the take rate of a fwd impreza would actually be? Also Subaru’s production capacity has been nearly maxed out for several years running 3 shifts ect to keep up with demand. Subaru is not looking to “get more sales” the orders are coming in globally and their factories are going full speed and some

Subaru Global Platform” is what Subaru names its production process. Like how VW has the “TNGA” platform that the golf/jetta/tiguan/s3 all share.

this study looked at sales numbers there was no surveys.

Think about how many vehicles women “own” but the car is in the Husband’s / Father’s name. Kia and Mitsubishi make sense as they are brands for mostly people with bad credit so likely the person driving it is in their own name. Ford /GMC / RAM is an interesting case because they don’t just sell consumer vehicles they
