really good cars! as long as your not expecting to autocross or track it you can’t go wrong. 20mpg and having to do the timing belt is the only downside. the timing job is going to be about $1,000 to have a dealer do it but you will be good for 100k miles after that.

this is the answer right here!

really love this car was looking for one last year but couldn’t track a good one down. they either had zero miles on them and they wanted like 20 grand or had 200k+ miles and wanted 15 grand. just out of my budget

this is a really nice car to be invisible with especially with all that v8 power!

sick detailing!  that is an awesome shine! especially with how bad Honda’s paint quality is!

it is hard to celebrate this car knowing that in 2014 a honda fit base price eas 15k. The mitsubishi Mirage is the largest reminder to the American people that shrinkflation is a real thing.

the CHR actually has excellent performance chops it was made/designed by the same person that designed the 4th gen toyota supra. toyota just decided to only offer a lame engine and cvt only transmission in north america. other than that it’s an excellent vehicle as long as you do not need something larger. other

The Chevy express van. LS engine has mountains of torque and the suspension is forgiving yet not wallowy. Little body roll for a full size van. the steering is tight and direct and the steering rack is on the quicker side for a truck. Comfortable seats cold AC and plenty of cup holders.   The weight capacity is

I think that is okay advice. you will still get taken to the cleaners but less so. buying a used car to save money can be dangerous. while the adjusted dealer markups for new cars seem to have hovered around $6000 I have seen many used cars that are going for DOUBLE what they would normally be worth. I would rather

when i worked at pep boys there was a Man who owned one of these and it was in our shop all the time. The car was a basket case. It was not due to neglect the man stayed on top of whatever needed done and it was in good shape cosmetically but had constant electrical and engine issues. The man used it as his daily

this body style started in 2020 but I can see something like mufflers being a carry over.

Mini cooper electric. the range is admittedly not great 110 miles. but it qualifies for the 7,500 tax rebate and has a base price of $35,000 maybe by the time you are ready the next generation will have double that. it meets all your other requirements  0-60 in 6.9 seconds.

the existing mail trucks are a death trap have zero safty equipment besides seat belts but guess what YOU are the crumple zone! no air conditioning,  No ABS brakes, open diff , and over 180 degrees of play in the steering. the old trucks ARE waste, garbage and was a poor excuse of an automobile when it was new and is

I agree that local delivery vehicles make great candidate for electric cars. But on today’s technology are we ready yet? how many miles / years before the battery is toast?

Counterpoint: It is good that he EV adoption is starting sooner rather than later but I have no idea why people are so shocked that the MPG is actually worse. First of all EPA mpgs from the 80s are created out of fairy dust i doubt the old mail trucks were actually getting the window sticker mpg and NOBODY is keeping

rural routes are usually carried by 3rd party contractor drivers who own their own vehicles and just slap a post office decal on their truck.

bro that is super narrow. i’m coming up with nothing closest i found was the toyota prius at 69.4" wide but that doesn’t quite meet your speed requirements.

never sell that TT RS man.  You have a car that can keep up with a v8 r8 on the track you would have to trade it in for a v8 r8 or like a corvette to really get an “upgrade” in performance. But you will be missing that sweet i5 rumble forever!

nice truck!

the is a v90 that occasionally parks on the street near my work. it’s brown and dead sexy. the epic sound system and air ride really sell the v90 for me as a “if i won the lottery” type vehicle.
