I feel pretty confident Warnock will win out in the end. I think Kemp helped drag Walker along far enough to keep Warnock under 50%, but another month of campaigning and no electoral down-ballot winds should probably doom him in December.

Yup. Walker got carried by Kemp, and the Libertarian candidate probably helped everybody under 50%. Walker won’t have Kemp’s help on the runoff, and another month of media saturation isn’t going to help Walker look any better. 

Yeah the dude should definitely get a new trial. When the state suppresses evidence, it should be a new trial. These things happen clearly because the judges don’t care.
