Well Anne Perry changed her name after serving 5 years for killing her friends mother. She went on to be a successful author. Check out the early Kate Winslet movie Heavenly Creatures. Both stories have alot of similarities.

A lot of history buffs were very concerned about this movie, especially the casting of Dunst. They freaked out when the trailer, with its punk rock soundtrack, came out. But the general consensus upon seeing the movie was generally favourable. I loved it myself and have rewatched it several times.

They should make a movie about this. What a great story to tell for years to come.

The was a Netflix movie called I Am Mother with a very similar plot. A robot raising a child in some kind of underground bunker.

In Canada I don’t remember it being shown in theatres but it was on TV fairly regularly and all us kids loved it. It also had Jodie Foster and Scott Baio (I believe) in it.

I remember this. That could have been a whole contentious issue, but the two bands resolved it. But it seems in this case it won’t happen. What will happen though, is Lady A will get a nice boost of publicity, and that other band will go on their way with more than just a taint of racism.

Not really. But she was an actress in her early years, and stage had a reputation for offering their services if the price was right. But since no man ever came forward even after her death, to claim relations with her, I have some doubts.

That actor was actually a technician brought in to make those scenes more authentic. Also, as an aside, that guy was the basis for the character in the book Cruisin, which Friedkin made into a movie a few years later.
