These never say “Super Nintendo” or “Super Famicom” on them and there are tons of these type of things for Raspberry Pis and stuff. So this won’t be shut down.

A long time ago (early 90's) I read an article about a car show where some ex-Jaguar employees were invited to be judges. None of the Jaguars got anything above the equivalent of a participation trophy. The judges/ex-employees argument was exactly that - the Jags hadn’t been restored, they had been remade. I’m… Read more
Deadspin died ages ago. No idea what you're referencing.
Mitsubishi has become the Dollar General of cars.
There may have been a time where power windows were more expensive, but not anymore. It’s more expensive to offer crank windows because you can’t standardize the assembly line, and can’t buy products in as large a bulk order to keep the costs down. Their fix? To make their lineup more and more bland yet…
Didn’t think I’d EVER vote Nice Price for a Dodge Dart, but hell, for $4500 I’d take a chance on this. Looks well-maintained and it’s close enough to fud-it money to be worth the risk.
Alas, my wife would not allow me to name one of our daughters “Tacoma Narrows Bridge”.

It used to be that semi-trucks were not regulated on trailer length, but on total length of the semi and the trailer (and I think it varied from state to state). The Cab Over could pull a longer trailer and was the truck you wanted to have. You could get any…
Alas Tom, I am like you. Just thinking about it, I have three old laptops; a bigass iMac; calculators; speaker sets; old iPhones; a Wii, Wii U, and PS3 that I don’t play anymore; and tons of cables and adapters and switches. Worst part? I did have to move with all of this a few years ago because I just didn’t know how… Read more
