Plus the whole team is not fatigued like they were last year plus they have legitimate obstacles at the rim in Pachulia and McGee, plus they’ve learned how to not give up big leads.

It is funny to watch the cartwheels Cavs fans are doing to hypothesize a way for them to stay in this.

Ws aren’t some rookie pitcher with their first shot at history. They learned from what happened last year. The folks rooting for the Cavs are a bit uninformed (perhaps willfully)—they don’t seem to have first hand

The best thing about that 3-1 series is that you sad sacks will keep pinning your hopes on a lost cause. I wonder how long til that wears off?

Sad that you are pinning your hopes on last year’s fluky comeback. Ws learned from that—they are very well rested and they are not getting blowouts back into single digits.

It was the Warriors who learned from the 3-1 and they are the only ones who matter. They learned: a) rest in the regular season and close out your playoff series fast and b) not to give up big leads. They’ve had more late 20 point leads than not the past two months and they have not let ANY of them get back to single

That could be the Cavs only chance to stop them. Ws missed A LOT of open shots and Cavs can’t count on that for long.

This is one game, and I am kind of thinking ‘rope a dope’ but my evaluation of this series and prediction of sweep is based on the body of work by these two teams the past three seasons. Cavs did GREAT forcing their way back in last year, but ultimately that was a fluke.

I was looking at his and Lue’s comments post game. Either they are showing strong signs of surrender or it’s a rope a dope. And I wouldn’t rule out rope a dope, given the 20 turnovers (and 4 by the Ws) zero points from so many guys, Channing Frye didn’t even play. I think if the Cavs don’t make game 2 at least close,

No but you can use the shitty D Cavs have played all season as an excuse. Bogut was the Ws rim protector all season. When he went down the Ws were relying on Ezeli and Varejao which made it much easier on the Cavs. Kyrie and Lebron did a great job of getting to the rim, where they met zero resistance.

Cavs have zero chance. If you think the Ws are going to blow it again you are deluding yourself.

It’s not even Durant though—don’t get me wrong, he is an incredible insurance policy and may prove to be the best player in this series. But the Ws had a very bad habit of repeatedly choking up big leads, all throughout the first 2.5 seasons of this Finals run. Including a bunch of times late last season, including

It was a chintzy play but a) there really WAS heavy contact and b) it was amazing that he made the shot.

True dat. Ws in 4.

You left out pinto beans, you dumb fucker! You also left out christmas beans, named for their red and white color when dry. They are enormous and taste amazing.

Da fuk is a CHA and a CHN???

While you were asleep, did you feel your brain getting damaged?

They redacted the name of the medication he said he took, which literally may have been the most useful part of this video.

He was incredible. His legacy might slightly marred/underrated because his final play for the US team in the World Cup was such a disaster. I agree though, if not best ever USMNT field player, certainly top 3.

Plus you are ignoring that after those 3 the Ws have an adept point forward in Green who is the best player at running their offense. While the Cavs have, who, Tristan and Shumpert?

Which is why Warriors will sweep them. They were completely burnt out by their regular season chase last year. Obvious to anybody with eyeballs watching them the whole of last season. Add the Bogut injury, which was bigger than any other factor last Finals—Lebron and Kyrie suddenly had a five lane freeway to the rim
