If we didn’t consent to the notion that a fictional universe operates with a different moral/legal code, nobody would have gotten past the first couple pages. I know! I don't understand why the writers keep using rape as a plot device when it's totally weird and unnecessary especially because enough terrible stuff happens in the books w/out added trauma.

Jon really stepped it up in the last half of the fifth but before that he was just boring and mopey and self-righteous to an almost unforgivable extent. Danny never gets better. Ever. She's the worst and it makes me so mad that she has dragons because she doesn't deserve them.
