Members of the Sex Pistols helped Bananarama get their first record deal!

Now playing

This is old, but it will always be timely.

Boy, that really is a legend. I can’t imagine anyone even pretending to believe something like this now.

When I read that Larry Nassar made a freaking POWERPOINT full of completely fabricated reasons to justify why he had to put his hands inside young girls’ genitals (and the cops bought it) I wanted to vomit for a thousand years. There will always be “reasons” for parents and authority figures to believe abusers over

Good lord. I vaguely remember that total shitshow from the news.

Groff was great in the role, but I saw an understudy in Hamilton (Chicago) named Jin Ha who was FABULOUS. I had no idea he wasn’t playing the part night after night.

Oh god, that’s so sad.

I wondered if she had had fertility treatments to get pregnant with their still-young son. Elizabeth Edwards had late-in-life fertility treatments and she died from breast cancer also. Very sad.

I just found out yesterday that Jennifer Grey and Clark Gregg (you may think of him as Agent Coulson but I always think of him as Old Christine’s ex-husband) separated after 19 years of marriage and it made me a little sad. I don’t know why. I mean, 19 years between actor/celebrities is like 100 years in regular

I hope her first husband took custody of the four kids they had together.

A company like Shein will do no due diligence whatsoever. They don’t care.

gross.

That vibe is sort of what musical theater is all about. I can’t imagine this production will hurt the show’s popularity one bit - Miranda was the star on Broadway (until he left the show and others like Munoz and Cervantes took his place) and he was the Hamilton people flocked to the theater to see.

Yes.

Funny enough, the characterization of King George seemed seemed to be in line with the episodes of Schoolhouse Rock I saw a million times as a kid.

He was BRILLIANT.

I am not a musical theater lover, generally. But, I happened to be in Chicago when it was running, and so I went with two people who are very dear to me who wanted to see it. It was GREAT, totally captivating, but weirdly, I never thought about it again, never listened to the music in the car, nothing. So I watched

That’s the season that review sites always like to say is the most boring. I watched most of the first several seasons in real time (am old) and don’t remember it as being any more boring or exciting than any other, to be honest.

He seems great when he’s having a good day.
