@exahex: It happened to me twice with the same CPU during shipping - first time I was in a rush and was being stupid, second time it happened God knows how. But both times I managed to get it going after hour work with a knife. Now I'm paranoid about pins on my MB :)

@nolabar10der: +1 for MSE - seems like a decent piece of software and according to quite a few reviews is one of the best at catching crap on a computer. Not sure how it stacks up now though.

@ticklemeozmo: It was not my intention to have more than one meaning with this quote - you might have read into this a little more than I intended, nor have I tried to be offensive or rude. Having a newborn daughter I can only imagine what the parents went through worrying and caring for their baby in this case.

@zelannii: Well, I guess you are not a software designer :) Having storage of a lot of data in xml format when it clearly not fast to parse it as it gets bigger is not a smart design decision. So all of iTunes problems are purely design problems. Blaming NTFS access speed for this is like blaming internet latency if

@Ian Logsdon: Haha! Same here. I've been using Office 2007 for couple of years now and today I tried to draw shapes in Word. I couldn't find where the damn art toolbar/ribbon is! ;)

@A.Jaswal: I totally support and agree with your observations!

@zelannii: I'm surprised to read this sort of comment... What does NTFS and 32 bit have to do with the fact that iTunes is just a crappy software? I'm sorry, but your argument is completely out of whack here. iTunes doesn't do anything special by any stretch of imagination and it doesn't need anything special - just a

@toxic: Veni, vidi, vici

@morphoyle: I totally agree with you. I dislike iTunes with a passion. Don't know why, but everything there is backwards in my opinion :)

Poor little thing. It's great to hear that she survived and was successfully discharged from the hospital!

@meher: Well, if you're not prepared to debate, then don't start it, ok? Giving me some propaganda crap and saying "I'm not replying to any other comments" is useless, honestly.

@meher: It's funny to hear about politics from people who believe that Republicans are different from Democrats, that Iraq is a place that wanted to destroy the US, that US is doing a great job in Afghanistan, etc, etc, etc. Before you start telling me about 'getting out of shell' start thinking with your own head.

@Kiamat: Actually in my case both Shazam and Soundhound were useless with south american music - I travel there a lot, as well as lots of electronic dance music. I guess these services are North America oriented and since it's all about domestic musicians here, noone really cares about other types of music.

@Brownski: Oh, I totally agree with you on that.

@Brownski: I noticed that Soundhound is much less precise and has less music in their database. At least Shazam was getting better results than Soundhound for me.

@smrtypants44: Mmmm, sorry, I wouldn't call Fox the largest in the world. And yes, I would say that they are one of the biggest American propaganda 'news' network. At the same time I don't see CNN or other agencies as being too objective and truthful either. But this is just my observation - you may not agree with

@SkipErnst: To be fair Jesus was talking complete nonsense with lots of fear embedded - evil Russians are going to blow up North Pole and take all of the oil from there. Damn, this guy needs to go to work for Fox - he likes to convert anything into total brainwashing stream of words, be it Apple, technology, Russia or

@EvanSei could eat a peach for hours: Well, if you think about conventional resources being used for power and the outcome of that - pollution, global warming (whether it exists or not), and effects of all this on our living conditions, then you will realize that nuclear energy might actually be a better choice. The
