That would be swell, of course - but MLB players aren't tested for recreational drugs unless there is "cause." And seeing how Tim Lincecum got arrested for possession with a pipe and a sack of weed and STILL hasn't failed a test, I don't think "cause" ever comes up for the MLB players with regard to marijuana.
