I honestly don't see how he could lift the tail for long periods or while walking....it's massive.

I dig monsters. I don't see the point in rehashing a design for CGI that was based in the limitations you get from sticking a dude in a rubber suit. I think there's a whole lot of space between the Rolan Emmerich Godzilla and the original design.

It's an interesting dichotomy, this between cultivating an image of being a social outcast to whom women pay no attention but then criticizing and demeaning women for allegedly seeking your attention.

But the reason that Godzilla is designed that way is because they had to put a man in a monster suit. That's not something we really have to do anymore, so I'm kind of disappointed they didn't figure out a solve for this.
