You kinda said it with wedding photographers.. but for a more entry level, people will always want photographers for cheaper events, like local parties and small-venue music events. Documenting real stuff that really happened will always be a great revenue stream.

Sadly the FCC has very little jurisdiction over private cable networks, or they would be able to make a case against fox being misinformation - like how some countries have legally determined hannity and tucker carlson’s shows to be “for entertainment only” 

using real names brings up issues as well though - like abusers/stalkers being able to find your accounts/location easier, or for trans people who haven’t been able to legally change their names yet, or even for professionals like writers who use a pen name (or like, porn stars). -- I do definitely agree that…

This article supposes that the hired artists, paid to be there to make art, weren’t the ones who used the AI as a tool to get some work done quicker - people assume it was some higher-up tying to cut out those artists? I don’t think non-artists are going to ever be as effective in using the tools as actual artists…

What do you think about Star Trek Discovery? I love Sonequa Martin-Green in the lead role, and Michelle Yeoh is always a delight haha. Yeah the actual.. seasonal plots.. aren’t great. But it’s fun to watch!
