The bikini shot: Her head doesn't look right. It looks too small for the body. I think it's a fake.

They really shouldn't be shooting these lasers at eye level. They used to be careful to aim them above the crowd to create the beamed ceiling effect. Pink Floyd was always responsible about its use of lasers. Apparently no one cares anymore that lasers can permanently damage eyesight. I am amazed at how many I see…
@Lucian Armasu: Each plane is hit about once a year, actually.
@Froggr: Yes! I knew it looked familiar! +1 Nostalgia Points, sir!
@Lite: an adventurer is me!: Ceiling fans need to be wired from within, so add the cost of an electrician.
@mcdonnr: They will call it "high speed" but not "broadband." Same product, different terminology.
@Saboth: This is true of many things. Have you tried to get decent sushi in your small city?
@Deep-Blue: Negative.
@TaliaBurlington: Doctors.
@Deep-Blue: No. I was referring to the original.
@smcallah: Except Apple has been harmed because the app diverts customer revenue away from their tethering plans. If he has damaged Apple, he owes them money and probably far more than they owe him. I doubt he wants to get into that fight.
Apple and Microsoft doing well. We should frankly be thankful that these American companies are doing so well. Much of this business (consumer electronics) could easily have migrated to overseas companies. They employ a lot of people. Think about that next time you're going to flame them for being profitable.
@Deep-Blue: Famous Goya painting.
Sign me up as another huge fan of Monoprice. I wired my entire home theater for a very reasonable price using their cables.
@voltaek: Except that someone is facing criminal charges as a result.
@Bandit: ... but for those of you who make your own stuff, you can also make your own acoustic panels. I think they use mineral wool inside wood frames. AVSForum is a great source for sophisticated advice on this topic.
To get the best sound you also need some acoustic panels and/or bass traps. I put some in my home theater and it made a HUGE difference in a difficult space. I recommend GIK Acoustics who gave me some great advice on layout before I made my purchase. Warning: good acoustic panels are not cheap!
@NewSc2: Ok, but you look like a dork.
People have pointed out differences in the two photos. But WHY are there such subtle differences at all? Either they failed to make them the same (which is weird) or they are playing some kind of game.
