I always watch shows with captions too but I suspect it’s because I’m somewhat OCD and I cannot bare to miss a single line of dialogue. If I didn’t have captions on I would on average rewind the show 3-4 times every hour which infuriates my partner even more... We both prefer to have captions on now! :)
