The whole point of R. catching Josh is it solved nothing. It only made matters worse. Bunch’s story arc was not about ‘unrequited love’, its about ‘misguided pursuit of relief from her depression’.

There’s a massive difference between being mean to a random person and doing bad things to a subordinate; ie generally crappiness vs harassment in the workplace. You shouldn’t need to walk away from your dream job due to your boss being a terrible person toward you.

I hate to sound overly mean but I’m surprised this took this long. Harmon may be a great writer who’s made some of my favorite television, but every interview or clip from one of his live shows I’ve seen from him, he seems like a real prick, and I doubted it was an elaborate act.

I should add that I’m also upset, this shouldn’t have happened and it’s awful, but Dan Harmon should’ve been given a short leash and his behavior curbed a while ago. I don’t care how good his shows are, no one deserves to be treated like this.

This is the least shocked I’ve ever been. Harmon is known to be a complete asshole and treats people horribly. He made Chevy Chase seem like the sympathetic one for God’s sake.

I remember around the time he got fired when some of his more questionable work practices were coming out as the reasons for getting sacked that people were defending him on the basis that he was a troubled genius and that they accepted his bad because it was balanced out by the good writing he did.

Harmon is, and always has been a gross dude. On the early episodes of his podcasts he’s almost proud of it.
