I was talking to a friend recently about the outsized impact Tammie has had on the show. She only competed in four total episodes across her two seasons, and yet they always feature her in old clips, use "walking children through nature" all the time, etc. She's such a delight.

I need more Paul Lynde 2k16 in my life.

I've only had half of four bottles of wine!

Kitty-N's was the "I would never ever run away…." song, right? That was my JAM.

I think in this case it was Trebek's surgery that led to her not being able to play when they wanted, so they probably felt more inclined to accommodate her.

Yeah, that's a pretty strange line in the sand to draw.

Totally fair! I think that's one of the great things about Sondheim - his songs really lend themselves to a wide range of interpretations.

Madeline Kahn's version of "Getting Married Today" is one of my favorite things.

Well obviously, but I don't think they're expecting her to be a Superego fan. It's one of those "this question is actually about something else" sort of questions. It's still pretty cool.

What is the cause of all this clammotion?!

The thing that baffled me most was that even after Alex explained the number from the Bush Daily Double, she still didn't really seem to understand the concept behind it.

Not to be pedantic, but did the clue actually say that Georgetown is northeast of the capitol? (It's northwest.) Sorry if I'm just being annoying, I was just curious of that big of an error was actually in a question.

Very true. Tituss would just be perfect, though.

Why on earth wasn't this Tituss Burgess?

It absolutely looks like Myst.

There are multiple "Wok n' Roll"s in DC, including one in the former home of Mary Surratt, the woman who was convicted of conspiring in the Lincoln assassination and then hanged. I only know this because there's a picture of Wok N Roll on her Wikipedia page and I find that hilarious.

It's funny that he says Greg Lee was struggling to read the questions. I'm originally from Michigan and have one very distinct memory of him having to say Mackinac Island for a question, but he pronounced it Mackinack, not Mackinaw. My 9 year old self was incredulous that such an error would be on TV.

They wouldn't - you need the name.

heh, for LearnedLeague?

But it's since been said by Ru and Kennedy that there was no such rule - at least this season.
