I'm right there with you. While I was growing up my mom would tape each episode and then the next evening our family would watch the best bits after dinner together, so to think about Dave finally ending after all this time (even though I hadn't watched regularly in a long time) is tough.

I was so ready for it to be "cannoli" because of the C_NN_ category, and because they were cylindrical it still took me a few seconds once the picture came up to realize it was cinnamon.

I just keep thinking of the band each time and it keeps throwing me off.

Yeah, that's how I saw it too, there just wasn't the time in the moment to explain his reasoning.

I always listen to I Was There Too even when I don't really care about the guest - he's just such a delight.

Are you talking about the place on H St. next to Toki Underground? I've had a lot of fun there, but yeah, it could use some pinball.

Fine.

It's absolutely true - in that moment he was bargaining with his participation in the immunity challenge, which has no value. He got to see the challenge, determine he would have no shot at it, and then try to "give that up" to get his letter. Shirin had no obligation to go along with that.

Eh, there's being the bigger person, but a) it's probably hugely satisfying for her, and b) Will was trying to get something for free. He's not going to win the challenge, so he's essentially trying to trade nothing for something. So I don't think he was at all entitled to get a free pass to that letter.

"A lot of people suck super hard, Will seemed to be a nice person but he's kinda shattered now, Sierra, I don't know, she just sucks. I hated Rodney, but I really hate Mama C, the same way I hate Dan. They're just fake, and it kills me. I can't wait to see the rest of this tribe destroy each other, I just hope they're

Trying to find something positive here - I loved the editing of Jenn's final words to show each person's vote as she talked about how she hates them. As disappointing as the outcome was, that was some A+ editing there.

I know back in my quiz bowl days, we were always told to buzz in if we thought an answer would come to us in the next few seconds, even if we didn't have it quite yet. That way you've locked out your opponent while giving yourself a few extra seconds for it to come to you.

It's a reference to a review on this site of the 30 Rock episode "Reaganing," in which the reviewer completely invented a plot point out of thin air.

I think she also realizes Jasmine is such a delicate flower that if Kennedy hadn't picked her their friendship would've been irreparably harmed, so she went for "nice choice" over "smart choice."

Eh, it's a 63 on Metacritic, I'd call that middling-to-good. Certainly better than anyone would've expected from that trailer.

I actually noticed on a rewatch that the rumbling is most violent on the supposed Marty death, so that might be meant as a signal that the Ancient Ones were in fact not happy since he didn't actually die.

Sure, but there could be some sort of challenge where the winning queen returns, in which case Max could come back. I'm just speculating though based on the strange edit. And the twitter explosion was all post-filming.

That was a very strange lipsync - no voiceover commentary at all from any of the queens.

How did I miss that joke? Well done.
