I like these kinds of wheels that are flat at the bottom. Makes getting in and out easier and it’s more compact for easier steering. Any reason not to do this on all wheels? Pros, cons... What say you?

It sounds like a lot of it could be prevented by 1) keeping it covered when not using it. 2) Don’t let it get rained on. 3) If it does get rained on dry it or dump it out before putting the cover back on.
