You order the coffee, take one look at it, sneer in disgust and hurl it at your server’s face.

I used to think that but now I’m basically addicted to Coke Zero (which, to be fair, isn’t entirely sweetened with aspartame).
I’m still saying there’s maybe a 1% chance that this DNA test is real.
I drank a lot of 21st Amendment’s Live Free or Die IPA on the 4th. It was the most American beer I could find.
Conscious Capitalism is when they consciously sell you on their pseudo-scientific bullshit.
Ugh, but the only grocery stores near me are two Whole Foods. I try to make treks to the closest Market Basket (which is way cheaper), but sometimes you need to make a quick grocery run, you know? #MetroBostonProblems
They almost have an account system now. You probably won’t lose the games you buy, though it requires you to contact Nintendo to get them to switch your account to a new system.
Fuck all of these people, and fuck Bill Maher in particular.
What is this, Reddit?
I really can’t. This is what happens when the country breaks a streak of 43 old white guys.
You got me. *drinks*
(I don’t think he’s actually upset)
That’s quite a blanket statement, and not one that I think you can support. There’s plenty of corruption at the local level. realize that, in local government, the elected officials often have personal ties to the people who are affected by their decisions. Which is why certain businesses get permits and others don’t,…
Local government is often terrible. Unfortunately, most people pay little attention to theirs.
I am almost 100 percent sure that Apple approve a blanket ban on the imagery without considering context. It’s not like they looked at every Civil War game and decided that they were all offensive.
I understand why people are annoyed, and I get the comparisons to World War II games. But you’re wasting your time…
Exactly this. People think Apple is deliberately targeting Civil War games. But this is what happens when you enact a well-meaning, but overly broad, ban of a particular symbol in a massive marketplace.
I suspect this will eventually be corrected.
There’s a difference between teaching an uncomfortable history and honoring it.
We few, we happy few, we band of cephalopods;
What’s scary is I think they do believe what they’re shilling. They actually think they’re offering better quality food to justify the price. And millions of customers seem convinced that buying organic or GMO free is automatically healthier, so they pay up.
Looked up the trailer on YouTube. Saw the usual bunch of commenters asking “Wherez teh gameplay??!?!” That pretty much made my decision to pre-order.
