Kyoto probably thinks its doing us a favor by not allowing us to backup our save data. After all, we love these games so much, we should be happy to play them again from the beginning. Especially the 100+ hour RPGs.

I suppose this is better than nothing, but the save data issue is the reason why I never buy downloadable games from Nintendo if I have the option to buy a physical copy instead. I think it is acceptable to use force against someone when you are physically defending yourself against them, and that's it. This doesn't count. I understand that the boyfriend filming the girl is a terrible thing and obviously upsetting, but she had no right to do this to him.
