Kyoto probably thinks its doing us a favor by not allowing us to backup our save data. After all, we love these games so much, we should be happy to play them again from the beginning. Especially the 100+ hour RPGs.

I suppose this is better than nothing, but the save data issue is the reason why I never buy downloadable games from Nintendo if I have the option to buy a physical copy instead. Why would I put dozens of hours into a game, only to lose all that progress because of an issue that literally every other console maker has…
That's not the point. As I understand it, he could drag and drop the data, but the New 3DS won't recognize it because of the particular account transfer process that Nintendo used.
I feel like this will be similar to Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. At first, I saw reviewers talking about how short it was, and how it might not be worth $40. But then I played it and took my time trying to collect and unlock everything, and it took way longer.
The problem is, they can't win. When senators and reps spend all their time in D.C., voters whine about how they are getting out of touch with their districts. If they leave D.C. and go home, they're accused of taking time off (there are a lot of Americans who seem to think that when Congress is in recess, its members…
I always liked fuel efficiency myself, but some people enjoy paying more to fill their tank.
Eh, as you said, he's talking to investors. Investors eat that shit up.

If I know I'll want to play something eventually, I might as well get it when it's discounted.
Not in this country. Stray bullets hitting children is just the price we pay for freedom.
Cher's foreign policy take is everything.
So, if I read the first story correctly, I'm supposed to believe that the girlfriend took care of this guy while he was sick, but can't make the connection between that illness and his lack of a sex drive?
I think it is acceptable to use force against someone when you are physically defending yourself against them, and that's it. This doesn't count. I understand that the boyfriend filming the girl is a terrible thing and obviously upsetting, but she had no right to do this to him.
Still playing Bravely Default (RPGs of that nature tend to take me forever). Diving into the Phoenix Wright trilogy remake on 3DS (played through the first couple cases and really like it so far). Also going to play through the first Metroid Prime now that it's out for download, because I've waited far too long to do…
I was thinking about that game the whole time they were lining up for this play. I just never actually expected to something like it again.
Carrying a gun is great protection until someone draws a gun on you first. Are you feeling lucky, punk?
Of all the opinions one can have, Amanda Palmer's seem fairly tame to me.
The commenters on this thread aren't feeling particularly fair today.
Wow, people.
