Ok, thanks that’s interesting. So would you say it’s more of a radical move from YouTube to please its advertisers and try to restore their trust? And that they’ll be trying to smooth things out for everybody/content creators in the (near?) future?

Sorry, I’m not super familiar with the whole Youtube system, so it might be a dumb question but isn’t the problem more with the advertisers? They seem to not want to take any risk (especially now) with what their commercial will be associated with.

But isn’t the goal of Localization to convey the intent of the original text? By keeping that name as is, the translator would create a weird reference to something totally unrelated rather of conveying a total inoffensive parodic name.

Pretty much. While most players playing competitively have a huge collections of Pokémon with perfect IVs ready to battle (either bred or hacked), at that level, they will also look for very specific EV spread to deal with what seems to be the biggest threats for them in the meta at that specific moment (either to

My bad! I thought both grip were the same. :-/

You can either charge them when they’re on the console or when they on the grip. It seems to make sense since you probably don’t want to charge them separately...

I think it’s also partly due to the fact that VGC format is Doubles. Dragonite is still more of a setup sweeper so more adapted to Singles...

I guess you’re right. Unless they come up with a new handheld, there’s no point in having a universal solution. But well, given their stance on the subject, I’m definitely not surprised they did not include voice chat in their system and decided to make it a more complicated to access feature for kids...

If you missed it, their mobile phone application is the way they decided to handle voice chat in game. Maybe not the most convenient one, but it makes sense to have a “universal” solution...

That wouldn’t be the first time they do that ;-)

It’s a very interesting question. I’m not gonna answer for specific cases though... I feel like most of the time, the people I talk with (and me as well a few years ago) tend to define “cheating” as just a bit more than what they usually do/accept doing/feel fair no matter how much exploits or hacks they use.
