I think plenty of police know it now but instead of addressing it, they just get mad about it.

We don’t trust the police here, and with good reason. Read a newspaper. 

If you don’t know how bad the police are here, then you don’t know anything. 

They’re right to fear both here. I know few sensible residents of this city who trust this police force. Individuals, maybe.

When the police help the community more often than they do frame, beat, rob, and MURDER its citizens then maybe the community will make an effort.
