I live in a micro-unit and didn’t even realize it. Condo sqft is around 440.

Fuck it though, I bought it for 27k and my monthly bills are around $35 for Gas and Lights, $144 in Condo Association fees. Add in $75 for Internet (50mb/s). Life is good sometimes.
