Perhaps it is becauser I remember the 80s, when this type of “gee-whiz!” tech was being introduced by automakers all the time, before its time, but I am not optimistic for its success. And, as others have said, what problem does this solve?
I am totally down with having a toy — I asked my 7 year old if he would be interested in helping me if I bought a car to fix up. He thought for a second, and said “yeah, I think I would like that.” So, boom, I am thrilled.
