Just name it after the first person one of these runs over at a cars & coffee.
You can rely on it to break.
It makes me wonder why no one reigns in van Hooydonk — he seems to have to justify his design work a lot. The big grille is a little too “interesting” in my view. The wider grille look is an improvement. I wouldn’t want a buck tooth BMW.
COTD. So much.
This reminds me of the SVT Focus. here in Canada, that thing sold for more than $30K....in 2002!
KITT would never hassle the Hoff.
If you went with your second choice, you would have to escape in a straight line because no one puts Baby in a corner.
I would not want to have to do the work to put this car back to stock. i also just don’t trust any German car where you can’t access the engine. When (not if) the mass airflow sensor goes, I want to fix it myslef easily, not have a mechanic drop the engine.
Very much NP. Sure the interior is made of Rubbermaid products, but that stuff is tough! Also, it’s a Chevy, so you can fix it with a hammer.
So does this mean that Gawker is statistically one of the most deadly places to work in America? With the other articles about this type of thing, it must be safer to live in Cabot Cove Maine or know Jessica’s nephew Grady.
I had one of these — an 89 manual to be exact. I loved it very much, but its autocross potential is weighed down by the fact it is HEAVY, and also quite wide. They are more designed for luxury drives at speed than tight courses.
“It’s a can of worms I’m afraid to open.”
Did the problem start when you replaced the alternator? If so, that’s the first place to look.
But the grille of the car has a shield built in. It’s perfect!
CP for me. I had a 540I6, and chances are that the cats went, making removal a cheap solution compared to replacing the cats, which probably sounded like golf balls in a coffee can. I would make sure that the intake manifold didn’t have a leak that caused the car to run rich and eat the catalytics before buying. Among…
For allthose espousing the benefits of the safety razor, that’s great, but they don’t work for all. I use a Fusion Proglide, and it is the best shave I have had.
In every way, shape and form, this is absolute garbage. I know that I am middle age and the youths don’t like it so much, but SI was always the pinnacle of sports journalism. Imperfect? Yes. But Deford, McCallum, Telander, Silver, Dr. Z and — yes, goddammit — Peter King made it the place that the writers wanted to be.
The larger issue here is, we in the public don’t know what they really have. For example, is their fifth-gen fighter really capable at that level? Or are they just calling it fifth-gen because that’s where their potential adversaries are?
