To be fair with some real IT perspective, it sounds like they didn’t have one guy who could “fix” the machines. That’s a bit clickbaitish.

What it sounds like is that some frequently scheduled IT process stopped/failed/hung and it required a reboot of some system. This Miguel guy may be the only one who works on that…
