Yes, same in North AL. Kayaks are consistently sold out everywhere and creeks are full. Main TN River lakes have been crowded as well.

So go buy a base model Ridgeline.

I did the Grand Cherokee + utility trailer thing for years and just got a Gladiator a month ago. Yes, the GC is far more nimble than the Gladiator, but a Gladiator by itself is more maneuverable than a GC + utility trailer.

I just saw an F-450 towing a motorcycle.

You’re exactly right. I live near the Toyota/Mazda plant that’s being built in North Alabama, and about a dozen more supplier plants are coming in too, each with 200-400 jobs like you said, each with a name that means nothing to anyone outside the industry.

2nd Gear: TomTom is the built-in navigation for Subaru. I was shocked, too, to see they are still around when we bought out Outback.

The things people will do to avoid a new Ford with SYNC.

The only thing I can think of is traffic calming for the village.

We have had a couple Subarus with EyeSight, which you probably know is a pair of cameras as opposed to lasers or radar. It’s fine in moderate rain, but in heavy rain/downpour the EyeSight will kick off and not let adaptive cruise control be used (standard, manual cruise control can be activated).

YES. Came here to say this. I didn’t know until a few years ago they have a regular (i.e.: non-sweet heat) barbecue flavor as well. Haven’t bothered to try it.
