We put humans on the Moon within a decade because a President lit a fire under our asses. The problem right now is there isn’t enough motivation. Requiring most vehicles to be zero-emisions within a decade is a strong motivator to businesses that want to continue selling vehicles.

Which is why a unique phrase constructed of three to four medium length words is best. Just using a single word with simple substitutions isn’t enough because those aren’t very complex to a computer. Something that essentially resembles natural language, though, can easily thwart a dictionary attack.

Complex for a human is different from complex for a computer. Computers are incredibly efficient at crunching, seemingly, random strings of characters. Words and phrases, on the other hand, are much harder to churn through with a simple brute-force attack.
