There are a few holes to jump through to get F3 working on Win8-10. I’m not sure if GOG version is the same as the Steam GOTY edition, but you have to install that stupid Games for Windows Live patch and a few other workarounds might be needed.

I’m quite interested for the possibilities as a fan only since F3. It could be a disaster, it could be fun. Won’t know till the BETA, at least.
They actually addressed that. Internal QA had people doing that which is why they added the "pacifist" mode.
So far they only mentioned that you get them every 2 levels up to level 10 and then every 5 levels thereafter. It does sound like the perfect thing to sell, though.
No Dogmeat would, maybe, be a deal breaker.
It sounds like the majority of your gameplay will be unscripted, as in not planned. Your interactions with other players, by definition, will not be scripted; that’s the point Howard keeps trying to make.
Fallout 5 is sooo far away it really isn’t worth that much worry at this time is it? I’d be more worried about Starfield and ES6 modding. However, I’m not concerned, yet. We’ll see what the future holds.
It does sounds like it’ll be a sandbox, that seems to be where they are going with it. Everything they’ve said regarding interactions with other players seems to imply that the idea is we’ll create the stories ourselves. I imagine that there will be terminals filled logs from before the war and other notes and things…
It still sounds quite interesting to me. I really want to see how it plays, it could be incredably boring or it could be the survival game I’ve always wanted. Maybe somewhere in the middle of those extremes, though?
I don’t know, Kang. You’re being awfully defensive about that “typo.”
Iknew as soon as Bethesda launched the Creation Kit for Fallout 4 through their own lanucher that marked Fallout 4 as the last major release on Steam for BGS.
Oh. We were having a debate? As you did nothing but put words in my mouth and call me a “douche canoe,” please forgive me for not realizing this was an actual discussion.
Hey guys, fuckwit here seems to think that he is clever, smart, or even remotely capable of intelligent thought. I guess even the unfathomably stupid have a right to say things, I just really wish they wouldn't.
I mean... You can compare a cardboard card that has a thousand copies floating around to unique, one-of-a-kind works of art. I just wouldn’t.

Honestly there are days I wouldn’t mind returning to a set schedule. I’m a huge procrastinator, which sometimes leaves me scrambling to meet deadlines. I enjoy the freedom I get to decide when I work, but as I’m not very disciplined I do at times miss the ease of having someone else determining exactly when I should…
Only as far back as 2007 I had to clock in at a physical station when working at Universal Studios and later Magic Kingdom. Now, it's been a decade since I've had a job that requires me to track hours,so I can't say if they still exist, but I'd be willing to bet some places still have them. No punch cards, though,…

This is the wrong take. Generally people become more open minded and accepting of differing norms and cultures by traveling. The greatest cure for ignorance is travel.
