Reviews of Nintendo content also require that Nintendo approve it, even though they are clearly fair use, cases. It is very troubling that Nintendo thinks they should be the gatekeeper on reviews.

No its not. Supply and demand is the reason others couldn't get it. Deal with it.
As a retailer, Best Buy takes the hit from consumers. That is the risk in retail, you have to make it right with the customers. Maybe it isn't fair, but that's how it is.
Because too many people are willing to pay $15 a month for WoW or paying absurd amounts for "free" MMOs. Until consumers stop paying, there'll be companies willing nickle and dime us for that next quest.
You must have meant PC, right? Just joking. But, seriously, you did mean PC?
Borderless windowed mode for ALL games, please. I'd even go so far as to say to make this the default setting!
Yeah, I get that some find it enjoyable. But, I find playing a game, even if I'm focusing on it, to be relaxing. Watching someone play isn't relaxing for me, as I'm constantly annoyed that I'm not in control and playing.
I liked Tyrion as written in the books, but I love Peter Dinklage's Tyrion. Dinklage, Williams and Clarke absolutely make the show what it is, in my opinion.
Watch the show, at least. The books are really good, but kind of tough to read. The show and books have split in some points, so they are now more or less different entities.
I don't get it, either. So many people enjoy watching another play a game. Why not just play it yourself? All I can think about while watching someone else play is how much more fun it would be to actually be playing.
The Dev Kit is $350, and they there have been a number of interviews stating that the retail version will be cheaper than the DevKit. This of course isn't official, and the price hasn't been released, yet. But, I highly doubt it'll be more than $350 at retail.
I actually doubt the retail version will be $300. More likely it'll be $200-$250, which is about where I'd expect a high quality gaming peripheral to be.
No. Ford invented devised the Production Line, that made cars, and pretty much everything else, faster and cheaper to build.
