I’m finally playing ... “Assassin’s Creed Black Flag”! :D
1. Some people don’t have a PC capable of running it
Fun fact: micro sd comes in volume as high as 256 gb right now and switch is compatible with up to 2tb micro sd. The more you know...
Why does an Android need glasses
I think you’re thinking of the Dreamcast port...”Half Life” and “Half Life: Decay” were released on the PS2 November 2001. (in fact, it was the only way to legally get Decay) There was a North American, European, and Germany only (censored) version. There was also a June 2002 Playstation Magazine Demo disk that…
Great article and point of view.
I went to the one in Osaka since I’d go over there several times a year anyway. I really don’t remember going into the Akiba one often except with tourist friends, and often I’d tell them to remember the price and then we’d visit other stores where they’d see their not-that-rare thing cheaper. The Akiba location is…
see my reply to someone else. It’s awesome that more people can play. I just don’t think a full remake was needed. A port or a digital version of the PS2 version on PS4 would achieve the same thing. If they put the effort into an actual remake, I expect more than I’m seeing.
did not know there was one there... Added to “the list” since I have 1 more week here
I ended up buying a massive duffel for $8 and throwing all of my clothing and toiletries in it, then carefully packing 110 volumes of manga, two Super Famicoms, 30 games, and a Framemesiter into my suitcase and carry-on.
People like me who live rural, or where there is no guaranteed internet access, are automatically thrown under the bus if online is necessary for a game and if its mandatory I just won’t buy that game. I’m cool with jokes that reference obscure things. That can heighten humor for an intended audience, as long as there’s an underlying joke that is good. “Jokes” that are simply “Haha, this thing that we both recognize that maybe other people don’t, amirite?” are not funny. Way too many of these trend towards the…
-If you need to translate a film, you lose the natural acting in its translation. And learning the language means it’s exclusive, not inclusive.
-Caviar eating is judged by other, pretentious Caviar eaters. You can buy it for less than five dollars at a grocery store, but you’ll get laughed at for not buying the fancy…
A bit off the tangent but I absolutely love people who brag about “acquired tastes”.
What makes them bad is the fact that they’re not clever or well-executed.
I believe the corporate response is #DealWithIt
I gave up about halfway through the 5 year old Life in Aggro comic.
A third of these relied on rather obscure knowledge of the games they’re referencing to even understand the punchline.
Oh, for sure...I still buy where I can, but I’m not opposed to digital when physical isn’t an option.
Its a generational thing. Those of us who are used to owning games will have issues, while the newer generations who will only know game access fees won’t care because its the only thing they’ll have experienced.
