The only problem I have with XIII is the oppressive linearity, but that was largely fixed with the second and the great combat carries me through anyway. I loved Lightning too, which helped.

Yeah, 13 has my favorite combat in the series. So engaging, and switching paradigms rapidly was thrilling. 

The XIII trio and VIII are my two favourite Final Fantasy games, I don’t know if I’m being contrary on purpose but for some reason they’re the ones that stick with me. Absolute travesty that VIII isn’t part of that classic collection, by the by.

I’m married as well (possibly an old dude - I’m 32), but I’m not a Twitch streamer. I’m with you - I know sacrifices need to be made in marriage. If my wife was uneasy about me streaming with female gamers, then I simply wouldn’t stream with female gamers. It’s not worth the strain on the relationship.

Completely missing the point. These minis are collectibles first, console “solutions” second. I love the SNES Classic even in its unhacked form because it “feels” Nintendo. I’m not interested in your little h4ck3rz box loaded up with stolen content.
