Saw Madeon live at Summer Sonic in Tokyo last summer. Really great live. Hope there's a new album on the way!
This is absurd nonsense. But I commend you on both pulling the knife comment out of your ass, and managing to reinforce a tired and worn out stereotype in one fell swoop. Congrats.
Yeah, just a straight up currency conversion doesn’t really make any sense. It doesn’t mean anything. Sure, 15 bucks in the States for a lunch buffet sounds fantastic. But that’s if you work, get paid, and live in the States. But the economies just aren’t the same. 2000 yen for lunch in Japan though? No thanks. 1000…
I live in Japan. Dollars aren’t used here. :p
This. A drumstick here in Japan looks like it came from a real, normal chicken. Just thinking about eating chicken in America makes me want to be sick...
Interesting! Here’s a fun fact for you, then. In the Philippines, you can get all-you-can-eat gravy! Guess they know the Colonel!
The quality of the food in America gets worse and worse, yet people still buy it. These companies know they can get away with selling garbage. So they do!
I believe it. KFC is better in the Philippines as well.
I know it sounds like crazy talk, but it's true!

Is that konyaku? Yeesh....way too much konyaku for my taste....
KFC in Japan is really good. It’s really nothing like KFC in America. The difference is like night and day. A bit expensive, and they don’t have mash potatoes. But better than a US KFC in every way.
This. Falls on deaf ears I'm afraid. But this.
Honestly, don’t bother. Most are incapable of understanding that gamers like us just truly don’t give.a.fuck.
Actually, yeah. Although I’m not interested in Kingdom Hearts.
Meh. I don't really care. Once it comes out on PS4, I'll play it. No rush.
You can find Hard Off/Book Off stores pretty much everywhere in Japan. Best used item store ever!
I truly wish people outside of Japan knew who this anime/game appeals to, and is intended for: the youngest of children. As in, 8 years old and younger.
This is the first thing I thought, too. In fact every situation he wrote about seemed like badly informed decisions. But you have to realize that most poor people are not very educated. What might seem like complete common sense is not so obvious to someone who is at the bottom, so to speak. No education means no…
