I’ve NEVER heard anyone refer to that as a “hard N” (which doesn’t even make sense--the N never changes), and have heard it referred to as a hard R for over a decade. Because that DOES actually change (whether the word ends with -a, or with a hard R).

Soulsborne type games really aren’t my thing so I wasn’t going to get this anyway, but it’s disappointing that they couldn’t stick to their guns on this, especially if, as mentioned in the article, all puppets are bastards within that world. If they had just not had that sign in it to begin with I wouldn’t have cared,

You’re not wrong that XVI was a stock FF plot with GoT theming, but it’s interesting that you considered Octopath to be more passionately made when its writing was by far its weakest point (and imo definitely and considerably worse than XVIs).

I disagree. FFXVI was clearly made with a lot of passion. Octopath wasn’t for me, but I accept a lot of people liked it. And yet Chained Echoes and Sea of Stars (especially Sea of Stars) felt more passionate and like they understood what people liked about older SNES-style games. Octopath always felt to me like they

Maybe it has, but I literally still have PS1, 2, and 3 joysticks that work perfectly, and while one of my PS4 joysticks has issues (not drift, but when holding up to make a character run the character will stutter sometimes), it took about 7 years for that to happen. One of my good friends still has his n64 and

The guy was wrong for stealing and trying to resell the game, but the fact that you BRAGGED about turning him in is the part that makes you a loser. The thief was a jerk who deserved to be arrested and charged for the literal thefts, but you trying to brag about it, and then coming in here to write back to comments?

On the one hand, he’s right that technology moves on and all that, and that the standards for big name games can, will and should change.

They didn’t have to scrap Tartarus or anything, but they could and should have at least made it more visually interesting than just floors upon floors of empty hallways and rooms with a different wallpaper. :(

If someone did a great job but it wasn’t right for the part then they really didn’t do a good job at the part.

That’s why I’m hopeful that a second chance at adapting the story in the Scott Pilgrim Takes Off can do right by one character who was done so dirty in the film: Scott’s bandmate and friend Stephen Stills.”

In your average stage musical, songs are meant to be both an extension of your dialogue and character arcs as well as something you’d listen to out of its original context.”

I could say all these things and more and none of my Pokemon playing friends would care because they aren’t deranged and understand that different people like different things and they don’t care about half of this shit. One of them used to battle Pokemon AND play the card game competitively and he still doesn't give

Can we stop trying to gaslight people into believing this is some kind of natural evolution of the RPG format”

I would argue that Bahamut *was* shown to be stronger than Donald just because casting Zettaflare took so much out of Donald he collapses and/or dies after casting it, while Bahamut cast it and was fine.

Look, back when consoles were flat-bottomed and rectangular you could just throw them in a crate or box when you needed to move apartments. The PS5, however, is unnecessarily shaped and will not just sit horizontally in a box for no legitimate reason. I'm keeping the box with the styrofoam inserts.

Tbh I don’t even dislike the new model (it does look worse than the others tho), I just wonder why they decided to make him look more cartoony with those Disney/Pixar looking eyes. The concept of a Gollum game based on stealth with decision making based on the voices in his head actually sounds fascinating to me and I

Right, but like, that’s part of why they were awful (or at the very least selfish) people lol. Normal people would at least *THINK* about doing it, the Seinfeld crew just did it, often without thinking. IMO “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”’s premise is basically “Imagine if the cast of Seinfeld was even meaner, and

I think part of the problem is that the Active Time Lore just kind of sounds like the Datalog from ff13 part 2. And one of the heavily criticized points about that game was having to stop and open the Datalog every five seconds because it updated constantly and you needed to read st it to understand parts of the game

While I do prefer turn based RPGs I do also like and appreciate Action RPGs and such, so if they’re having fun with the content, that’s great news.
