Honestly, i loved the original game (though i wasn’t able to beat it i did get to the end. Didn't play the DLC though) and loved the length. Not in a rush to play silksong bc I'm playing a bunch of other stuff at the moment but am apparently the only one in the comments so far that liked the length of Hollow Knight.

I don’t buy this just because the comics never really had a problem with her using her powers while being proficient without immediately solving most problems. If they had that issue while writing the movies, it’s cause the writers couldn’t figure a way around it, which is more the problem with writers than with

It’s a good thing nobody’s doing that, then.

While it’s true that her quotes during gameplay (ie not in cutscenes) are mainly yelling at Leon in some way, I can’t agree with this take because she shows vastly more personality in the cutscenes than the original ever did, and she’s more capable. You’re obviously welcome to your own opinion though; it just feels

That’s because of shit like Republicans going on rants for two weeks because budlight sent a transwoman a personalized beer can to share on her personal instagram in a video that you had to already be following to see, literally nothing to do with Disney.

Tbh I thought RE6 was actually really fun to play through with a friend...it just wasn’t scary at all, which is kind of a problem for Resident Evil. Each campaign had a different feel—Leon’s was closest to horror, Chris’ largely felt like a military shooter and Jake’s was trying to be RE3 except the pursuer was just

And if that makes it one of their favourite games of all time, then it deserves a spot on their list.”

I would argue that that does in fact mean there’s a dearth of games. If we look at JUST PS5 games (as in, excluding games that are also available on PS4), if there’s only certain genres that have lots of titles, and others (that are still popular, not something like rhythm games that’ve gone out of style) that have

The PS4 isn’t “current generation” anymore though so that doesn’t really help. Personally, the fact that lots of games are still coming out on PS4 means there isn’t that much on PS5 that I can’t already play on PS4, meaning so far there’s little reason to upgrade. Considering it’s been difficult for much of this time

I’ll reserve final judgment until the game is closer to release but i don’t think I’ve ever once played a Final Fantasy game and thought “you know, this could use some sex and hate crimes.” Hell, 12, 13 and 15 had somewhat clumsy storytelling without any of these things so I’m a bit worried at their ability to tell a

I feel like it’s not really a good or fair comparison to bring up something like Robin Williams in Aladdin or other situations where a celebrity was chosen to voice a new and original character over a completely unrelated voice actor, as a comparison with a character who already HAS an iconic and established voice

“if he could tweak it, it could work.” Wow it’s lucky then, that he’s a trained voice actor with range, huh? Which means you only agree with their comment under the literally untrue assumption that a trained voice actor is less skilled at voice acting than Chris Pratt. weird comment to make, tbh.

I feel like we need to stop this idea that a trained voice actor doesn’t have range but Chris Pratt of all people does. Also it’s weird for you to say “everyone else is trying to replicate Martinet and that’s why people like the foreign casts” on an article that has clips of a foreign voice actor who a) isn't trying

I feel like this is a pretty reasonable critique tbh

I feel like you can't read.

I’ve never heard of this guy before and there was nothing even remotely complicated about this article.

The impression I get is [...] it’s less the fact that Bayo ends up with a man and more that a)it’s out of nowhere considering how intense Bayo and Jeanne were until this game suddenly stops it with no context and b)Luka is pretty lame overall and gets a strangely increased role with more importance than before....

I have to wonder if you actually read the same review i did, because that WASN’T what the review boils down to????

The Book of Atrus tie-in novel was pretty good!

i feel like your comment just proved that it SHOULD be something you can turn off. Having it on is great for leveling up Pokemon for a comp team, but if you’re looking for the story to be any sort of challenge you’re just kind of screwed (although at least since trainer battles are mostly optional you can kind of
