Luckily there’s a center with great reviews a block from our house! I’m always worried they’ll see her upset on the leash when we walk in and automatically deem her “unfriendly”. Thank you for the reply!

She has a harness, and it’s one of the ones with the ring on her chest. We definitely have had success using it in that her pulling is nowhere near as bad now. And she’s not choking herself. I should also have mentioned that she doesn’t pull very much when there’s not something to pull towards, like a person or a dog.

My first job was as a shop girl in a ~burning man boutique~, and lemme tell ya, those tool belt things (let’s be honest, drug holders) can be maaaad expensive. People pay an audacious amount of money to go out to the playa and roll around in dust in some very expensive get ups.

The bright side is that most people have face coverings/things to help their breathing because of the dust!

As a person who grew up in Reno, burning man is the most ANNOYING garbage fest in the universe. Every grocery store just becomes a no fly zone because of all the hippies stocking up on provisions. A fire keeping all the burners in (even just for one day) probably made it ten times worse.

I live in the same state as this monstrosity and it’s honestly in the middle of absolutely nowhere. I know a girl whose graduating class in Tonopah only had 17 people. So not only is this the creepy clown motel it’s the creepy clown motel in the middle of NOTHING. One gas station in this town. That’s it.
